摘要: 研究了超声波技术在不同条件下对藻毒素(MCs)降解的效果。结果表明,当浓度为12.43 μg/L的藻毒素溶液在1 200 W超声作用5 min时,藻毒素去除率可达81%;1 200 W超声作用15 min时,藻毒素去除率达99%,几乎全部去除。不论是采用单纯超声法或超声-混凝法处理含微囊藻废水,都不会引起水体中藻毒素的上升。用超声法处理含微囊藻废水,同时具有直接破壁灭藻、抑制未灭藻的生长活性和降解藻毒素3种功效。Abstract: The effect of ultrasonic technique degrading microcystins in different conditions was discussed. The results show that when the concentration of microcystins solution is 12.43 μg/L, the microcystins removal rate can reach 81% under 1 200 W ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes; when the same microcystins solution is under 1 200 W ultrasonic treatment for 15 minutes, microcystins removal rate can reach 99%, nearly all the microcystins being removed. When the wastewater containing microcystis is treated by either simple ultrasonic method or ultrasonic-coagulation method, the microcystins will not increase in water. The ultrasonic method in dealing with wastewater containing microcystis has three functions at the same time: destroying the cytoderm and killing microcystis directly, inhibiting the growth activity of surviving microcystis and degrading microcystins.
