基于进气阀沉积物模拟试验法的汽油清净性检测适用性研究

Research on the applicability of gasoline detergency detection based on simulation test of intake valve deposit method

  • 摘要: 车用汽油清净性是指车用汽油减少或防止在发动机燃油管路、进气系统和燃烧室中形成沉积物的环保属性。为探明进气阀沉积物(IVD)模拟试验法对汽油清净性检测的适用性,研究收集了北京市储油库中未添加汽油清净剂的车用汽油和不同市售车用汽油清净剂作为试验样品,进行IVD模拟试验。结果表明,汽油来源、汽油批次、汽油清净剂品牌、检测实验室和检测设备,对IVD模拟试验的判定结果均无明显影响。并且,IVD模拟试验法可代替M111台架试验法以作为汽油清净性的主要检测和仲裁方法。IVD模拟试验法对汽油清净性检测具有良好的适用性,能够在复杂的检测环境下有效支撑汽油清净性监管工作。

     

    Abstract: The automobile gasoline detergency refers to the environmentally friendly property of reducing or preventing the formation of deposits in the fuel pipeline, intake system, and combustion chamber of the engine. In order to ascertain the applicability of the simulation test of intake valve deposit (IVD) method for gasoline detergency detection, we gathered automobile gasoline without detergent from a storage depot in Beijing and various commercially available gasoline detergents as experimental samples to conduct IVD simulation tests. The test results show that the source of gasoline, gasoline batch, gasoline detergent brand, testing laboratory, and testing equipment have no significant effect on the determination results of IVD simulation test. Furthermore, the IVD simulation test method can replace the M111 bench test method as the main detection and arbitration method for gasoline detergency. The IVD simulation test method exhibits excellent applicability for detecting gasoline detergency, which can effectively support the supervision of gasoline detergency under complex testing environments.
