固体废物污染物浸出与运移评估方法研究

A framework for assessing the leaching and transport of pollutants from solid waste

  • 摘要: 陆地利用和处置是一般工业固废的主要处理方式,污染物由固废浸出并进入土壤和地下水,是固废陆地利用处置场景污染物的主要运移途径。当前,固废污染物浸出强度评估方法适用性不强,且常过高估计风险,不利于固废陆地利用处置的环境风险精准防控。因此,针对固废陆地利用处置场景,梳理了固废污染物浸出评估方法,总结了污染物在土壤和地下水中运移的方法。在此基础上,重点提出了固废污染物浸出方法框架,分为2个阶段5个主要步骤:初步调查、危害性判断、详细调查、浸出模型和浸出浓度预测。固废污染物浸出方法框架实施能够形成不同固废、不同场景下污染物浸出特性指纹数据集,与土壤地下水污染物运移方法集成,增强固废陆地利用处置场景风险评估结果的准确性,共同为固废陆地利用处置精准决策奠定方法基础。同时,仍需在固废浸出评估方法标准化方面开展研究,以增强固废陆地利用处置场景污染物浸出与运移评估方法框架的规范化和适用性。

     

    Abstract: Land use and disposal is the main treatment method for general industrial solid waste. Pollutants are leached from solid waste and enter the soil and groundwater, which is the main transport pathway in solid waste land use and disposal scenarios. At present, the applicability of solid waste pollutant leaching intensity assessment methods is insufficient and there is often a phenomenon of over-assessment. This is not conducive to the refined prevention and control of the environmental risks of solid waste land utilization and disposal. Therefore, for the solid waste land utilization and disposal scenarios, we sorted out the solid waste pollutant leaching assessment methods and summarized the methods of pollutant transport in soil and groundwater. Based on the existing assessment methods or models, we proposed a framework for the leaching method of solid waste pollutants, which was divided into two stages and five main steps, including preliminary investigation, hazard judgment, detailed investigation, leaching modeling, and leaching concentration prediction. The implementation of the leaching method framework can form a fingerprint dataset of pollutant leaching characteristics of different solid wastes under different scenarios. It can be integrated with the soil and groundwater pollutant transport method to enhance the accuracy of risk assessment results for solid waste land use and disposal scenarios, thus laying a methodological foundation for accurate decision-making on solid waste land use and disposal. In the future, it is necessary to research the standardization of the assessment methods to further enhance the standardization and applicability of the pollutant leaching and transport assessment method framework for solid waste land use and disposal scenarios.
