2023年四川省内河船舶大气污染物和CO2排放清单研究

Study on the inventory of air pollutants and CO2 emissions from inland vessels in Sichuan Province in 2023

  • 摘要: 针对内河船舶排放特征研究不足、排放底数不清的问题,以四川省内河船舶为研究对象,建立2023年四川省内河船舶大气污染物和CO2排放清单,系统分析船舶大气污染物和CO2排放特征,提出四川省内河船舶排放控制对策。结果表明:2023年四川省内河船舶PM10、NOx、SO2、CO、VOCs、CO2排放量分别为0.073、480.53、0.145、40.04、18.20、23 520.78 t;排放量占比高的主要货船类型为散货船和干货船,主要客船类型为普通客船;船舶排放呈现明显的月不均匀性,1月排放量最低,11月排放量最高;船舶排放量较高的港口为宜宾和乐山,占比分别为56.41%和27.40%。四川省内河船舶绿色低碳发展措施主要为老旧船舶淘汰更新、新能源清洁能源应用、船舶靠港使用岸电等。

     

    Abstract: In response to the insufficient research on the emission characteristics of inland river vessels and the unclear emission base, this study focused on the inland river vessels in Sichuan Province. It established an inventory of air pollutants and CO2 emissions for inland river vessels in Sichuan Province in 2023, systematically analyzed the characteristics of air pollutants and CO2 emissions from vessels, and proposed countermeasures for emission control of inland river vessels in Sichuan Province. The results showed that in 2023, the emissions of PM10, NOx, SO2, CO, VOCs, and CO2 from inland river vessels in Sichuan Province were 0.073, 480.53, 0.145, 40.04, 18.20, and 23 520.78 tons, respectively. The main types of cargo vessels with high emissions were bulk carriers and dry cargo ships, and the main type of passenger vessel with high emissions was the ordinary passenger ship. Ship emissions showed significant monthly variability, with the lowest emissions in January and the highest in November, and the ports with the highest emissions were Yibin and Leshan, with proportions of 56.41% and 27.40%, respectively. The main measures for the green and low-carbon development of inland river vessels in Sichuan Province included the phasing out and renewal of old vessels, the application of new energy and clean energy, and the use of shore power by vessels when in port.
