新质生产力与碳排放效率耦合协调评价及影响因素研究

Research on the coupling coordination evaluation and influencing factors of new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency

  • 摘要: 新质生产力与碳排放效率的耦合协调是实现“双碳”目标与经济高质量发展的关键。基于2013—2022年我国省级面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型、空间相关性模型、Dagum基尼系数以及随机森林模型,分析了新质生产力与碳排放效率间的耦合协调程度及其空间相关性、集聚特征、区域差异以及主要影响因素。结果表明:新质生产力与碳排放效率的协同发展呈现出空间分异特征,整体协调水平亟须提高;耦合协调度呈现空间正相关,耦合协调度较高和较低省份出现了聚集效应;耦合协调度总体差异在逐渐扩大,区域间差异是新质生产力与碳排放效率协同发展不均衡的主要影响因素;数字经济、产业结构高度化、产业结构可持续化、能耗强度、技术进步和对外开放水平对耦合协调度产生了重要影响。

     

    Abstract: The coupling and coordination of new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency is critical for achieving the "dual carbon" goals and high-quality economic development. Based on provincial panel data of China from 2013 to 2022, the coupling coordination degree model, spatial correlation model, Dagum Gini coefficient, and random forest model were used to analyze the coupling coordination degree and spatial correlation, agglomeration characteristics, regional differences, and main influencing factors between new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency. The results showed that the coordinated development of new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency exhibited spatial differentiation characteristics, and the overall coordination level required urgent improvement. The coupling coordination degree showed a spatial positive correlation, and provinces with higher and lower coupling coordination degrees exhibited clustering effects. The overall difference in coupling coordination degree was gradually expanding, and regional differences were the main influencing factor for the uneven coordinated development of new quality productivity and carbon emission efficiency. The digital economy, high-level industrial structure, sustainable industrial structure, energy intensity, technological progress, and level of openness to the outside world had significant impacts on the degree of coupling and coordination.
