智能响应水凝胶在微生物污水处理中的潜在应用及工程化展望

Potential applications and engineering prospects of stimuli-responsive hydrogels in microbial wastewater treatment

  • 摘要:  随着工业化进程加快,含复杂污染物的废水排放量激增,传统微生物污水处理技术在应对低浓度污染物、微生物协同效率调控、能耗控制等方面存在明显局限。智能响应水凝胶作为一类可感知外界环境刺激(温度、pH、光、磁场等)并产生可逆理化性质变化的三维亲水高分子网络材料,凭借其良好的生物相容性、微生物负载能力、刺激响应性及环境适应性,为微生物污水处理技术的革新提供了新路径。本文综述了智能响应水凝胶的核心特性与分类,重点探讨其在微生物污水处理中的潜在应用场景,其中包括微生物固定与菌群调控、污染物靶向吸附与协同降解、智能抗菌与生物膜控制、污水处理系统智能化调控,分析当前应用过程中的工程化瓶颈,并结合循环经济理念提出未来工程化发展方向,为该领域的研究与工程化应用提供参考,助力水污染控制技术的升级与资源化利用。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of industrialization, the discharge of wastewater containing complex pollutants has increased sharply. Traditional microbial wastewater treatment technologies have obvious limitations in dealing with low-concentration pollutants, regulation of microbial synergy efficiency, and energy consumption control. As a type of three-dimensional hydrophilic polymer network material that can perceive external environmental stimuli (temperature, pH, light, magnetic field, etc.) and produce reversible physical and chemical property changes, stimuli-responsive hydrogels provide a new path for the innovation of microbial wastewater treatment technologies by virtue of their good biocompatibility, microbial loading capacity, stimulus responsiveness and environmental adaptability. This paper summarizes the core characteristics and classification of stimuli-responsive hydrogels, focuses on exploring their potential application scenarios in microbial wastewater treatment (microbial immobilization and flora regulation, targeted adsorption and synergistic degradation of pollutants, intelligent antibacterial and biofilm control, intelligent regulation of wastewater treatment systems), analyzes the engineering bottlenecks in the current application process, and puts forward future engineering development directions combined with the concept of circular economy. It provides a reference for the research and engineering application of this field, and helps the upgrading and resource utilization of water pollution control technologies.
