丙烯酸在双极膜中的传质特性研究

Study on the Mass Transfer Characteristics of Acrylic Acid in Bipolar Membrane

  • 摘要: 研究了酸室丙烯酸浓度、碱室NaOH浓度和温度对丙烯酸在FBM型均相双极膜中传质规律的影响,探讨了丙烯酸在双极膜中的传质特性。结果表明,在温度为20 ℃,酸室初始丙烯酸浓度为0.5~4.0 mol/L条件下,传质系数(kbip)随丙烯酸浓度变化不大;在温度为20 ℃,碱室初始NaOH浓度为0.5~4.0 mol/L条件下,传质系数随NaOH浓度变化也不大。温度为15~30 ℃,传质系数随温度的升高而增大,研究结果符合阿累尼乌斯方程。

     

    Abstract: The mass transfer characteristics of the acrylic acid in FBM bipolar membrane were studied. The effects of acrylic acid concentration in acid chamber, sodium hydroxide concentration in alkaline chamber and temperature were investigated. At the temperature of 20℃, when the concentration of acrylic acid and sodium hydroxide increased from 0.5 to 4.0 mol/L, the mass transfer coefficient(kbip) changed little. In the range of 15 to 30℃, the mass transfer coefficient increased with the increase of the temperature, which followed the Arrhenius' Equation.
