钢铁行业废气量减排潜力分析

Analysis of Waste Gas Volume Reduction Potential in Iron and Steel Industry

  • 摘要: 目前钢铁行业工艺过程中废气量减排技术应用较少,主要是烧结废气循环技术。针对钢铁行业工艺过程中的废气成分、风量、温度、含氧量、热值等特性,提出了将原料场废气梯度利用于石灰窑工艺作为竖式冷却器的冷却气源,以及将转炉二次高温烟气输送至热风炉作助燃空气2种废气量减排方法,并分别对其减排潜力进行分析。结果表明,如果在钢铁行业全面推广上述废气循环利用方案,可以减少废气量约7 703×108 m3/a,降低粉尘排放1.54×104 t/a,节约标准煤耗358×104 t/a。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are few applications of exhaust gas volume reduction technologies in iron and steel process, mainly being the sintering exhaust recycling technology. According to the characteristics of exhaust gas from iron and steel enterprises, such as waste gas components, last volume, temperature, oxygen content and heat value, two waste gas volume reduction technologies were put forward. One is to put the exhaust gas from raw material yard into lime kiln process to serve as the cooling air for vertical cooler, and the other is to transport the secondary high-temperature waste gas from converter to hot blast stove as combustion air. The waste gas volume reduction potential of the two kinds of technologies was analyzed respectively. The results showed that if the above technologies were widely applied in iron and steel industry, an annual reduction of 7.703×1011 cubic meters of waste gas volume, an annual reduction of 1.54×104 tonnes of dust emission, and a saving of 3.58×106 tonnes of standard coal consumption can realized.
