在用柴油车NOx排放的测量方法

Research of NOx Emission Test Method for In-use Diesel Vehicles

  • 摘要: 基于国家标准GB 3847—2005规定的在用柴油车加载减速(lug-down)法,对在用柴油车NOx排放浓度进行了测试。结果表明,利用标准规定的lug-down法对在用柴油车NOx排放浓度进行检测,污染物浓度波动较大,再加上仪器响应时间不够,不易被测试,lug-down法不能得到稳定的NOx排放浓度。经过调整方案设计并进行发动机台架测试,确定额定转速100%和80%作为在用柴油车环保定期检验测试工况。对设定的3个方案进行测试后,认为方案三即设定100%和80%额定转速2个工况,每个工况各12 s方案较为合理,可作为在用柴油车NOx排放浓度环保测试的工况。

     

    Abstract: The test for NOx emission from in-use diesel vehicles were conducted based on the lug-down test method regulated in GB3847-2005. The results showed that the concentration of NOx cannot be easily tested by the lug-down test method due to high fluctuation of pollutant concentration and the limit of instrument response time. Therefore, the lug-down test method was not able to obtain stable emission concentration of NOx. The test scheme design was adjusted, and the engine dynamometer test was performed. The 100% and 80% of the rated speed were adopted as the test modes of NOx emission for in-use diesel vehicles. By comparison of three test schemes, Scheme 3 which set two different test modes was reasonable to test the NOx emission for in-use diesel vehicles. The two test modes were under 100% and 80% of the rated speed respectively, with the operating time of 12 seconds for both modes.
