超滤膜污堵原因分析及防治措施

Analysis on Ultrafiltration Membrane Fouling and the Prevention Measures

  • 摘要: 针对神华国能集团有限公司新疆米东热电厂冬季以城市中水为原水的锅炉补给水系统中超滤膜污堵严重的问题,通过对现场设备运行试验数据、城市中水水质性状、超滤反洗污堵物质的综合分析,认为超滤膜污堵的主要原因是中水厂出水CODCr和氨氮超标,同时认为调整运行工况可作为减缓超滤膜污堵的防治措施。通过工况参数调节,超滤设备运行跨膜压差和进水流量满足电厂运行要求,证明该措施可以有效减缓中水水质对超滤膜的污染。

     

    Abstract: The problem of membrane fouling of ultrafiltration caused by the municipal middle water running in the boiler feed water system of one thermal power plant of Shenhua Guoneng Energy Group Co., Ltd. was studied. The running data of ultrafiltration, the municipal middle water quality index and the fouling matter from ultrafiltration were comprehensively analyzed. It is found that the main reason for the membrane fouling of ultrafiltration is the over-standard of CODCr and NH3-N in the middle water from the wastewater treatment plant. The adjustment of the running conditions can be an effective measure to reduce the membrane fouling of ultrafiltration. Through the adjustment of the condition parameters, the trans-membrane pressure and the water inflow of ultrafiltration membrane can meet the operation requirements of the thermal power plant, indicating that this measure can effectively reduce the membrane fouling of ultrafiltration.
