Fighting against the battle of protection and restoration of the Yangtze River Basin to start a new chapter of ecological-oriented and green development

  • 摘要: 长江是我国重要生态安全屏障,是我国经济重心所在、活力所在。十八大以来,在党中央、国务院的高位推动下,长江保护修复工作取得了积极进展。系统分析了近10年来长江流域水环境质量改善情况,阐述了目前长江仍然存在水环境治污压力大、水资源利用效率不高、水生态破坏严重、水环境风险较大、现代化治理能力亟需加强等突出问题,最后提出了新时期特别是“十四五”期间,应贯彻落实习近平总书记关于推动长江经济带发展座谈会系列讲话精神,统筹水环境治理、水资源保障、水生态保护、水风险防范,注重综合治理、系统治理、源头治理,不断提升现代化治理能力,深入推进长江流域保护修复,进一步夯实共抓大保护工作基础,努力建设人与自然和谐共生的绿色发展示范带。
